If you’re a current account customer, you can retrieve your customer number instantly using our simple lookup tool below. You’ll need your card and card reader to hand.

Remember, any card reader will work, as long as it accepts your debit card – it's equally safe and secure.

Don’t have a card reader?

Your customer number can also be found using our Banking app, by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to the app
2. Go to the menu in the top right corner
3. Tap 'Details & Settings'
4. Tap 'Your details' to see your customer number
