Your memorable data will be a name, place or date you’ll have chosen when you registered for Digital Banking.
For security reasons, we can’t remind you of your memorable data, so you’ll have to change it. There are two ways to do this:
1. Log in with your card and card reader and set new memorable data.
2. If you don’t have a card reader, as long as you haven’t registered for internet banking in the last 7 days, you can change your memorable data by re-registering.
